Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years in lieu of a degree.
• PE registration in at least one state and experience on EPC electrical projects.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering systems, CAD/CAE tools, and project controls.
• Willingness to travel for business and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs day-to-day electrical engineering activities for medium to large projects.
• Provides oversight to projects, staffing, and technical reviews to ensure quality.
• Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
• Maintains training and professional development for electrical staff.
