Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the Electrical Engineering department in the Manufacturing and Technology unit. You will drive technical excellence, oversee staffing, and collaborate across semiconductor, EV, and data center programs.

The role demands extensive experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with clients and other disciplines to deliver complex projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• PE registration in at least one state.
• Experience on EPC electrical works.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAE and ETAP.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs day-to-day electrical engineering activity on major projects.
• Supervises and coordinates electrical engineering personnel.
• Provides technical input to procurement and bid evaluations.
• Ensures training and development of staff.
