Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering; executive level experience may substitute a bachelor’s.
• PE license required.
• 15+ years in electrical engineering with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive technical leadership for all electrical engineering functions.
• Define long-term technical roadmap for electrical systems across HV, MV, LV.
• Oversee design and reliability of HV/MV/LV electrical systems and grid interconnection.
• Lead protection, control systems, SCADA, and cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing electrical engineering organization.
