Job Summary:

• Lead the MTE Electrical Engineering team reporting to the VP of Engineering.
• Retain expertise in core manufacturing equipment and process technologies, focusing on Drives and Large Motors.
• Support capex program management to meet technical, staffing, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Oversee electrical engineering activities and ensure best practices are deployed.
• Support equipment failure troubleshooting to restore flow and identify root causes.
• Engage with vendors and stay updated on industry trends.
• Promote career growth and continuous development within the Electrical Engineering network.
• Collaborate globally with the Electrical Engineering team.
• Position requires 25-50% domestic travel.
