Your role

As a Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer in our Industrial Service Group, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of our Clients. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing

Connecting with Clients – support clients in defining, solving and delivering projects
• Leading and Collaborating – lead less experienced engineers and work closely with a range of other engineering disciplines to explore creative solutions
Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
Delivering Value – delivering on our promises to our Clients
Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change

What you’ll bring

You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have:

  • A relevant engineering degree and be registered with the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • A strong ability to shape thoughtful and effective solutions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
  • In-depth knowledge of light industrial and heavy industrial projects
  • Fundamental knowledge and application of key Australian Standards
  • Experience in design of low voltage, instrumentation and control systems
  • Basic understanding of functional safety and Hazardous Area principles
