Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support the design, construction, and operation of US-based facilities. You will drive the implementation of global EHS policies, align with local regulations, and partner with internal and external teams to foster a proactive safety culture.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting, ensuring safety and environmental compliance across high-tech data-center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in an EHS role, with prior managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with contractor safety programs.
• Proficiency in EHS management software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global company standards.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify potential safety concerns.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to construction and operations risks such as high-voltage equipment and confined space work.
• Establish a proactive safety culture and promote continuous improvement in EHS performance in the region.
• Investigate and document workplace accidents, near-misses, or other incidents in both construction and data center operations.
• Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and reduce recurrence of safety incidents.
• Stay updated with EHS regulations and industry standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001/14001).
• Organize, conduct, and oversee safety training programs for employees and contractors.
