The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of EHS leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields, and demonstrate proficiency in regulatory compliance and incident management.

Salary range is $128,000 - $176,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of EHS leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Proven track record managing complex environmental permits.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year EHS roadmap.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to EHS teams across production sites.
• Serve as primary EHS liaison for the organization.
• Lead incident investigation processes and health initiatives.
