Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Progressed from hands-on to leadership; startup/B2B SaaS exposure.
• Experience scaling teams across US and India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to design and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Scale a distributed organization across Palo Alto and Bangalore.
• Build systems and trust for a cross-continent team to operate as one.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leaders on technology strategy.
