Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, cloud technologies.
• Experience managing engineering roadmaps, delivery timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company goals and product vision.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and technical teams.
• Drive execution to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Leadership to prioritize work and deliver impact.
• Oversee architecture for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Establish engineering best practices, processes, and standards.
• Build and scale teams through hiring, coaching, and development.
• Manage resource planning, team capacity, budgets, and growth.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
• Ensure high standards for reliability, security, and operations.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to executives.
