GVW Group, on behalf of Autocar, seeks a Vice President of Digital Commerce & Growth in Birmingham, AL. This leader will define the operating model, own the investment case for digital commerce across the vocational portfolio, and drive a multi-year roadmap from discovery to sales-enabled outcomes.

You will recruit and align teams across product, marketing, IT and sales, establish targets, measure ROI, and scale a built digital commerce engine that converts buyer intent into qualified

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vocational digital commerce strategy and operating model.
• Own the business case and funding for digital commerce, with ROI accountability.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market for Construction, including content, configurator, pricing, and inventory visibility.
• Set performance targets for traffic, pipeline, conversion, and unit sales.
• Manage vendor selection, partnerships, and build-versus-buy decisions across catalog, CPQ, CRM, and analytics.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team, with clear budgets and success metrics.
