The successful candidate will translate market opportunities into scalable products, reporting to the Director & Head of Digital Assets, and will collaborate across technology, operations, and control

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Assets, blockchain, or crypto, preferably institutional or enterprise-grade products.
• Knowledge across Digital Assets: blockchain/DLT, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs, digital wallets, and settlement infrastructure.
• Understanding of how digital assets are issued, transferred, settled and integrated with traditional financial systems.
• Experience delivering products on behalf of Digital Assets companies, fintechs, or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership and delivery for Digital Assets initiatives from discovery through implementation and scale.
• Translate strategy, client needs and market developments into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Own scope, prioritization, sequencing and key business decisions across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technology and Architecture to design scalable blockchain-based solutions.
• Drive product development in tokenized deposits, stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain payments/settlement.
• Coordinate requirements across business, technology, operations and controls partners.
• Support client pilots, partnerships and commercialization of Digital Assets capabilities.
• Monitor global developments and identify opportunities and implications for TD.
