Job summary

Popular is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enable analytics across Retail and Commercial initiatives. You will own data foundations, metrics and dashboards, translating business priorities into scalable insights and opportunity sizing.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Salesforce, and technology teams to ensure data quality and ethical, compliant analysis. You will drive customer-centric growth, personalization and deposits growth through analysis of behavior, relationships, and

Qualifications

Minimally 5 years of analytics, insights, BI or data-driven strategy experience.
Advanced analytics knowledge: segmentation, profiling, propensity modeling and trend analysis.
Understanding of Retail/Commercial banking products, profitability, deposits and cross-sell.
Ability to build business cases with ROI, revenue uplift and initiative-level measurement.
Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, Python and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics enablement for Retail and Commercial initiatives and growth.
Own foundational data sets, metrics, segmentation logic and reusable analytical layers.
Resolve data integrity issues and automate workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
Develop segment dashboards and analytical frameworks for opportunity sizing and ROI.
Analyze customer behavior and product relationships to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Technology and Salesforce teams to validate methodologies.
