NextGen Holdings LLC, a youth enrichment platform and KidStrong franchise operator, seeks a Chief Development Officer in Westchester County, NY. The role is full-time and on-site, driving philanthropy revenue growth and sustainable funding streams to support expansion of KidStrong centers.

You will design fundraising plans, oversee annual and planned giving, cultivate relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners, and report on performance to executive leadership.

Formación

• Philanthropy and strategic planning skills to design long-term development strategies.
• Experience in annual and planned giving with donor pipelines and stewardship.
• Budgeting skills including forecasting and financial targets.
• Track record in major gifts, corporate and foundation fundraising, donor relations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to expand revenue streams.
• Oversee annual and planned giving programs and donor cultivation.
• Build relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align development priorities with goals.
• Manage development budgets and provide regular performance reporting.
• Guide development staff or external partners and ensure ethical stewardship.
