Holy Cross Health is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic fundraising program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field required.
• Master’s degree, or equivalent, in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulates short- and long-range fund development strategies and directs implementation of fundraising programs.
• Directs Philanthropy staff and partners in major gifts and planned giving.
• Raises a minimum of $1 million in major and planned gifts annually.
• Oversees development of fundraising materials and donor recognition.
• Represents THMA Region with key stakeholders and boards.
