Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 12–15 years of not-for-profit fundraising experience.
• Proven track record leading major fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to manage a large foundation team, budget and operations.
• Demonstrated success in soliciting and closing principal gifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic fundraising program across donor constituencies with emphasis on major gifts.
• Provide leadership as a member of the senior leadership team and support Medical Center’s strategic plan.
• Supervise foundation management team, budget, and operations while mentoring staff.
• Personally manage top-tier prospect portfolio and solicit gifts independently or with senior leaders.
• Communicate Foundation objectives to a broad audience and engage donors, volunteers, and boards.
