Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships.
• Demonstrated ability to build donor pipelines and moves management.
• Experience creating fundraising strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead fundraising activities including major gifts, foundations, and corporate partnerships.
• Build donor pipeline and moves-management process; track ROI.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board on donor cultivation and reporting.
• Strategize marketing and communications to heighten visibility and campaigns.
• Mentor the Development and Communications team; foster a culture of philanthropy.
• Oversee grant strategy, proposals, reporting, and compliance.
