Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Eight years of major gifts fundraising with senior-level relations.
  • Experience in donor retention and upgrades.
  • Leadership, program management, and fundraising software familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising strategy for Banner Health Foundation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations.
  • Oversee fundraising team and align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Represent Banner Health in community and philanthropy networks.
