Banner University Medical Group Phoenix in partnership with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to lead the expansion of Banner's Neurosciences Program.

This unique role blends a busy clinical neurosurgical practice with protected leadership time to develop an integrated Neurosurgical Oncology Program in collaboration with Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and the neuroscience network.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Neurosurgical Oncology.
• Leadership/administrative experience preferred.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• Commitment to academic medicine and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banner's Scottsdale neuroscience expansion and program development.
• Maintain a busy clinical neurosurgical practice (0.9 cFTE) while supporting leadership (0.1 cFTE).
• Collaborate with Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and the neuroscience network.
• Participate in resident and fellow education; contribute to research and program growth.
