Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in philanthropy and fundraising with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills with multi-year plans and budgets.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Proficiency in donor management systems and data-driven fundraising decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive proposals and donor communications.
• Leadership experience mentoring staff or volunteers in a nonprofit environment.
