Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and development initiatives across our region. You will guide a talented team of development and grant professionals, drive major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing, and collaborate with the CEO and Board to advance our mission while strengthening relationships with supporters, partners, and foundations.
