The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising and development strategies, engage major donors, and guide a grants program. You will work with the CEO, board, and advisory councils to advance the mission and growth.
You will build a high-performing team, manage donor records, ensure compliance, and travel to engage communities. A bachelor’s degree and proven fundraising success are preferred.

You'll lead a talented team dedicated to fundraising and grant management, and you’ll engage with major donors to help ensure we continue to be a force for good in the community.
