Job summary

REDF (The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund) is seeking a seasoned VP to lead Development and Marketing Communications in San Francisco. You will close the 2020 campaign and craft a five-year growth plan, while cultivating major gifts and guiding communications with donors, boards, and partners.

This role requires strategic leadership, deep fundraising expertise, and the ability to align program work with donor interests.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of fundraising experience for non-profit or social enterprises.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar gifts.
• Strong donor and board relationship skills.
• Experience with annual fundraising and direct marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop fund-raising strategy and annual action plans.
• Oversee donor prospecting and solicitation.
• Guide marketing plans to support fundraising.
• Stay informed about REDF programs to align donor interests.
• Lead marketing/communications direction.
