Qualificações

• Donor Development Expertise: Proven track record in Planned Giving, Major Gifts, and Philanthropy.
• Annual Giving Strategy: Designs and executes annual giving campaigns to broaden donor base.
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting and forecasting aligned with ministry priorities.
• Project & Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives and development professionals.
• Executive Experience: Senior leadership in nonprofit fundraising.
• Faith & Mission Alignment: Commitment to Jesus Christ and biblical values.
• Communication: Outstanding communication to diverse faith-based audiences.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; CFRE a plus.
