Job summary

J T is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development to lead all fundraising initiatives across the ministry, including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and philanthropic partnerships, ensuring alignment with our Christian mission and long-term kingdom vision.

In this executive role you will manage a development team, set revenue targets, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and report on fundraising performance to sustain and expand the ministry’s global gospel impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in major gifts, philanthropy, and donor cultivation.
• Experience designing annual giving campaigns and donor-retention programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource-alignment skills.
• Executive leadership with nonprofit or ministry fundraising background.
• Faith-aligned with biblical values and mission focus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to fund ministry initiatives through major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value donors and partners.
• Lead development team, mentor staff, and uphold a collaborative culture.
• Set revenue targets, manage budgets, and allocate resources for growth.
• Collaborate with program, church planting, and communications teams on donor cases.
• Oversee donor database operations, fundraising analytics, and reporting.
