Qualifications

• Donor development expertise in planned giving, major gifts, and philanthropy.
• Annual giving campaigns to grow donor base and recurring support.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and resource alignment.
• Project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Extensive nonprofit fundraising leadership at senior level.
• Personal faith alignment with the ministry’s mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies for major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Personally cultivate and steward relationships with major donors.
• Lead development team with a Christ-centered culture.
• Set revenue goals and manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with program, church planting, and communications teams.
• Oversee donor database management and fundraising operations.
• Represent the ministry at events and high-level donor meetings.
