AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Head of Design to own the visual and UX direction for all digital products, including mobile app, website, and emails. Lead a design-driven culture, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure the product vision aligns with business goals.

You'll drive design systems, SEO integration, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and IS, while managing budgets, forecasts, and product profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7-9 years in UI/UX design or related field.
• 7-9 years in ecommerce product management or related.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with standard design tools and portfolio.
