Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Head of Design eBiz to guide the visual and user experience vision across our mobile app, website, and emails. You will build and protect design execution, culture, and a strong design team focused on recruiting, training, and coaching.

You will define product strategy for our digital properties, drive SEO best practices, and collaborate with Marketing and IS to enhance growth and profitability while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in Graphic Design or UX design.
• Experience in E-Commerce product management or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development feasibility.
• Portfolio of digital design work.

Responsibilities

• Define the design workflow and team structure for streamlined collaboration between designers, product, marketing and engineering.
• Drive product strategy for website and mobile app software development.
• Lead development and implementation of new products and design processes.
• Create and maintain a design style guide and interaction/UX pattern library.
• Coach and mentor the design staff and foster collaboration and innovation.
