Job summary

Dexmate is seeking a Head of Industrial Design to define and elevate the design language across hardware, software, AI experiences, and brand. You will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team and drive the design vision from concept to production, shaping how Dexmate’s robotic platforms look, feel, and work.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product, industrial, UX, or multidisciplinary design.
• Experience leading high‑performing design organizations and shipping hardware/software products.
• Proven track record with a portfolio demonstrating design taste, execution, and systems thinking.
• Deep understanding of industrial design, user experience, interaction design, and visual communication.
• Ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and establish a strong design culture.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable in a startup environment.
• Experience designing robotics, AI products, or developer platforms; design systems at scale.
