Dex is hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to architect decision intelligence for manufacturing operations. You will own algorithms, architecture, and infrastructure, shipping features end-to-end with direct customer involvement.

This backend- and infrastructure-heavy role also delivers frontend components where needed and builds foundational systems to support a rapidly growing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code end-to-end for complex systems.
• Strong backend and infrastructure background with ability to also build frontend features.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core algorithms and architecture for AI agents making strategic operational decisions.
• Build and own end-to-end features from backend to customer-facing interfaces.
• Develop scalable, data-driven agents across stack: algorithms, architecture, infrastructure.
• Work directly with manufacturing customers to understand needs and deploy solutions that save them millions.
• Lay foundational systems and infrastructure to support a rapidly growing engineering team.
