Job summary

Dexmate is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO on strategy, operations, fundraising, and investor communications. You will design and run research programs, perform market and competitive analyses, and evaluate vendors to shape critical decisions.

You will also build trackers, dashboards, and SOPs to streamline execution and coordinate with customers, vendors, legal, finance, and banking, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Chief of Staff, founder's office, strategy & operations, consulting, banking/investing, or startup operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology, AI, robotics, or hardware environment.
• Sharp analytical judgment: you can structure ambiguous problems, weigh trade-offs, and sharpen leadership decisions.
• Strong execution: you run multiple workstreams at once, coordinate stakeholders, hold the details, and drive projects to done.
• Fluency with AI tools to compress research, drafting, analysis, and reporting — you reach for them by default, not as an afterthought.
• Clear, concise communication: you turn complexity into materials that executives, investors, and customers can act on.

• Genuine excitement about robotics and physical AI.
