Formación

• 10+ years in banking with leadership in deposit product development.
• Experience leading large-scale deposit transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deposit core convergence and platform modernization across core banking platforms.
• Define and monitor strategic roadmap for deposit platform evolution.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, digital, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and successful transformations.
• Mentor and manage a team of product managers.
