Job summary

The Snow Agency seeks a Vice President (VP) of Data Strategy and Insights to lead the Strategy and Insights offerings for Snow Companies. You will exercise independent judgment, manage multiple deadlines, and shape data strategy across pharma and FDA-regulated programs.

This senior role partners with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights, and to present senior-level recommendations to clients, including direct-to-patient and multichannel

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of Snow’s data engagement, analytics, measurement, and performance optimization for pharma/biotech accounts.
• Translate objectives into KPIs, dashboards, and optimization recommendations to show patient value and business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect journeys, maps, and accessibility to clear measurement plans and KPIs.
• Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations from performance data and research findings for client success.
• Prepare and present client-facing work to senior leadership, including performance reporting and executive insights.
• Mentor analytics and engagement teams, establishing standards for measurement, reporting, and data engagement initiatives.
