CQuence Health is seeking a Vice President of Data Strategy and Technology to lead technology vision across the organization and its managed companies in Omaha, NE. This executive role focuses on data, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic IT initiatives, manage enterprise IT operations, and mentor technology leaders while navigating a fast-paced healthcare services landscape.

Qualifications

• Translate technology into business value and growth strategy.
• Develop and communicate enterprise IT vision to executives.
• Lead enterprise data strategy, AI initiatives, and cybersecurity governance.
• Oversee multi-entity IT operations and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology planning and multi-year roadmaps.
• Oversee data governance, analytics, and AI risk management.
• Own cybersecurity strategy, regulatory compliance and incident response.
• Direct IT operations, infrastructure, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Advise portfolio companies on technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Foster cross-functional leadership and a culture of innovation.
