Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance
• Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities issues, overseeing critical systems
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot within SLA
• Train and guide Electronics Operations Technicians and coordinate with Facility Manager to set team culture
• Create and deploy new standard practices for engineers and vendor support teams
• Assist in building out new facilities and projects to improve efficiency
• Work outside normal hours for routine maintenance and emergencies
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Coordinate with IT and business leaders to optimize safety, performance and reliability
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all staff
• Establish performance benchmarks and report on facility operations
