GH Engage is seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer to lead the development, construction, and delivery of a rapidly expanding US data center portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee the full project lifecycle from site development and utility coordination through commissioning and handover, shaping a scalable delivery organization.

The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a track record delivering multi-campus, capital-intensive infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data center development or mission-critical infra.
• Proven executive experience in data center developers/operators.
• Track record delivering large-scale multi-campus data centers.
• Strong expertise in power infrastructure, utilities, interconnection, and commissioning.
• Experience managing large capital programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen aligning delivery with business goals.
• Experience establishing scalable delivery organizations with governance.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership with bias to action.
• Decisive, adaptable in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of multiple large-scale data center campuses.
• Oversee site development, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage utility relationships, interconnection, power infrastructure, and energization schedules.
• Direct GC, EPC, MEP, engineering, and construction partners across multiple US markets.
• Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and alignment with customer demand and commercial commitments.
• Own project budgets, schedules, capital deployment, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Establish scalable delivery processes, governance structures, and executive reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary development and construction team.
• Ensure facilities are commissioned, operationally ready, and delivered in line with customer commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight and reporting to the CEO, board, and investors.
