GH Engage is seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer to lead the development, construction, and delivery of a rapidly expanding US data center portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee the full project lifecycle from site development and utility coordination through commissioning and handover, shaping a scalable delivery organization.

The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a track record delivering multi-campus, capital-intensive infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data center development or mission-critical infra.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and alignment with customer demand and commercial commitments.
• Own project budgets, schedules, capital deployment, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Establish scalable delivery processes, governance structures, and executive reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary development and construction team.
• Ensure facilities are commissioned, operationally ready, and delivered in line with customer commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight and reporting to the CEO, board, and investors.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, power-first data center developer delivering next-generation infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing. The business is developing a substantial portfolio of 50–100 MW data center campuses across the US, prioritizing speed to power, capital efficiency, and scalable delivery. Following recent Series B funding and a strategic partnership with one of the industry's largest cloud tenants, the company is entering a significant growth phase, with ambitions to scale nationally and pursue a potential IPO in 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to lead the development, construction, and delivery of a rapidly expanding US data center portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site development and utility coordination through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This is an opportunity to build and lead a delivery organization, influence major capital investments, and play a central role in scaling a high-growth infrastructure platform.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business objectives.
