• Establish AI governance framework, risk tiering, and regulatory readiness.
• Embed AI into workflows with change management and KPIs showing ROI.
• Lead a lean, high-impact Data & AI team with clear career paths.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage the Data & AI team and assess performance.
