Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer to lead data, analytics, and AI governance for challenging client engagements. You will shape enterprise data strategy and governance across cloud platforms while partnering with executive teams to drive regulatory compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
5+ years of leadership experience scaling cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
Has established and enforced enterprise data governance, data classification, and regulatory compliance frameworks in a production environment.
Has designed and executed an enterprise data architecture strategy across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Track record of building data policy and governance frameworks specifically for AI tools and data classification methods.
Proven experience representing data strategy and reporting directly to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
Has worked within the mortgage or financial services industry to enforce regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Forensic attention to detail.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
