Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer to lead data and AI governance for client engagements and internal platforms. You will shape enterprise data strategy, oversee governance frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance across financial services use cases.

You will work with executives and boards, guide data architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and drive policy, privacy, and risk management in Agile teams. This is a senior leadership, 100% remote role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics or tech roles
• 5+ years leading cross-functional data teams
• Established data governance and regulatory compliance in production
• Enterprise data architecture across AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience presenting data strategy to executives and boards
• Experience in mortgage/financial services regulatory privacy requirements
• Advanced English required
• Bachelor's degree completed logically
• Attention to forensic detail
• Ability to own and deliver commitments with accountability

Responsibilities

• Team Augmentation or Build: work inside client teams or FullStack product teams
• Lead enterprise data governance, policy, and privacy programs
• Align data strategy with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Present data governance metrics to executives and boards
• Collaborate across cloud ecosystems to enforce data classification rules
