Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience scaling cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• Has established and enforced enterprise data governance, data classification, and regulatory compliance frameworks in a production environment.
• Has designed and executed an enterprise data architecture strategy across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement governance strategies, policies, and data-classification schemes.
• Partner with executives and Boards to socialize data initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams at scale.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across product and client ecosystems.
