FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer - Data & AI Governance to guide data strategy across our client engagements. You will lead governance, architecture, and policy efforts while collaborating with executive leadership and client teams on complex data initiatives.

You will work in a fully remote environment across the United States, leveraging cloud platforms and agile methods to deliver measurable value and compliance across financial services projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional data teams.
• Established enterprise data governance and compliance in production.
• Designed enterprise data architecture across cloud platforms.
• Experience building AI data policy and governance.
• Reported data strategy to executives and boards.
• Experience in mortgage/financial services regulatory privacy.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.

Responsibilities
