Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer - Data & AI Governance to guide client projects and drive enterprise data initiatives. You will lead governance programs, architect data platforms, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with client teams and our product groups.

You will engage with executive leadership to align data strategy with business goals, leveraging your deep experience in analytics, AI, and data policy.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
5+ years of leadership scaling cross-functional data teams.
Established data governance, classification, and regulatory frameworks in production.
Experience designing data architecture across AWS, Azure, GCP.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in mortgage/financial services regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead data governance and AI governance initiatives for client projects.
Collaborate with client teams (designers and engineers) daily.
Design and implement enterprise data architectures across cloud ecosystems.
Communicate data strategy and governance to executives and boards.
Ensure privacy and regulatory compliance across projects.
