Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a visionary Executive to lead Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture. You will align security, cloud, and platform initiatives with the mission while guiding senior technology leaders and ensuring resilient, scalable solutions.

You’ll partner with governance and executive teams to balance risk, cost, and performance, advancing enterprise standards and technology investments.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or related technology disciplines.
• Eight years of IT management experience, including responsibility for multiple technology functions such as cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, cloud services, enterprise architecture, engineering, or technology operations.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity maturity, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, vision, and strategic direction across the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture functions, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams to drive integrated technology outcomes.
• Lead through directors and senior directors by setting organizational priorities, performance expectations, and cross-cutting, long-term objectives; developing senior technology leaders; and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Remove organizational barriers, resolve competing priorities, and serve as the executive escalation point for strategic decisions, operational needs, and cross-functional technology challenges.
• Establish a clear and unified vision and roadmap that balances security, infrastructure and architectural objectives.
• Provide executive leadership and support the development and execution of cybersecurity, infrastructure and architectural strategies, capabilities, and investments to address emerging threats, evolving business needs, and future technology requirements.
