Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a strategic technology executive to lead Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture. This role partners with the CIO and executive leadership to drive secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with WWP's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Eight years IT management experience across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines.
• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or related technology disciplines.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity maturity, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Strong vendor management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture functions, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams to drive integrated technology outcomes.
• Lead through directors and senior directors by setting organizational priorities and developing senior technology leaders.
• Remove organizational barriers and serve as the executive escalation point for strategic decisions and cross-functional technology challenges.
• Establish a clear, unified vision and roadmap balancing security, infrastructure and architectural objectives.
• Support development and execution of cybersecurity, infrastructure and architectural strategies, capabilities, and investments.
• Guide modernization efforts to improve scalability, reliability, automation, and service quality.
• Partner with IT governance to prioritize and execute with focus on risk reduction and control maturity.
• Integrate governance requirements, risk priorities, and audit findings into planning and execution.
