Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, & Enterprise Architecture to lead the cybersecurity, infrastructure, and EA functions, driving secure, scalable technology aligned with the organization's mission.

This role partners with IT governance and executive leadership to manage risk, investments, and priorities, while developing senior technology leaders and delivering cost-effective technology solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or related technology disciplines.
• Eight years IT management experience overseeing multiple technology functions such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, EA, engineering.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity maturity, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Preferences: nonprofit experience and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, TOGAF, ITIL, cloud certifications).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, vision, and strategic direction across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture functions.
• Lead through directors and senior directors by setting priorities, expectations, and long-term objectives; develop senior technology leaders.
• Remove organizational barriers and serve as the executive escalation point for strategic decisions.
• Establish a clear and unified vision and roadmap balancing security, infrastructure, and architectural objectives.
• Support development and execution of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and architectural strategies and investments.
• Guide modernization efforts to improve scalability, reliability, automation, and service quality.
• Partner with IT governance to prioritize and execute with risk reduction and governance considerations.
• Integrate governance requirements and risk priorities into planning and execution across functions.
• Attend required training and leadership meetings as part of the role.
• Other related duties as assigned.
