Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project seeks a VP of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, & Enterprise Architecture to lead the technology organization and deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with the mission. This role reports to the CIO and partners with executive leadership to drive risk-aware, cost-effective technology investments.

A strong focus on leadership development and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Twelve years progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• Eight years IT management experience overseeing multiple technology functions.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, cybersecurity maturity, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to drive integrated technology outcomes.
• Set priorities, expectations, and develop senior technology leaders with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Guide strategic investments, risk management, and governance alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop a unified vision and roadmap balancing security, infrastructure, and architectural objectives.
• Partner with governance teams to ensure effective prioritization and cross-functional execution.
• Attend required trainings and leadership development activities.
