Substack is seeking a strategic creator-marketing leader to craft a product-led narrative that attracts top writers and creators. You’ll build a 0-to-1 function, guiding campaigns, partnerships, and internal thought leadership to fuel paid subscriptions and app growth.

You’ll own the platform story at all levels, the proof-point machine, and campaigns with Head of Partnerships and Head of Brand/Editorial to establish Substack as a cultural authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the product-led narrative for Substack
• Identify creator stories and place them into press and social channels
• Lead a small, high-craft team leveraging AI for narrative at scale
• Translate narrative into inbound growth, subscriptions, and product adoption
