Job summary

Pathward is seeking a seasoned leader to drive integrated corporate communications, aligning messaging with strategy, culture, and priorities across the enterprise. You will guide executives, oversee media relations, employee programs, and change initiatives, while measuring impact and guiding content strategy.

The role requires travel up to 10% and a track record of influencing stakeholders across functions to advance corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with priorities and business objectives.
• Advise executives on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
• Develop enterprise messaging frameworks, narratives, and communications plans that connect strategy, culture, performance, and impact.
• Oversee media relations, public relations, corporate announcements, spokesperson support, and other external communications activities.
• Lead employee communications programs, campaigns, and events that reinforce strategic priorities and engagement.
• Govern communication channels, editorial calendars, content planning, approvals, and standards across the enterprise.
• Direct executive communications, including presentations, town halls, talking points, and leadership messaging.
• Lead communications for organizational change, business transformation, initiatives, issues, and crises.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and use data to improve strategies and channels.
• Travel a few times a year up to 10%, including overnight and out of state.
