Job summary

Pathward is seeking a seasoned communications leader to align internal and external messaging with enterprise priorities and advise executives on stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee media relations, corporate announcements and spokesperson support, while guiding employee programs and crisis communications. The role requires travel up to 10% and a strong track record in enterprise communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically 12+ years of experience.
• Enterprise communication policy scope across corporate communications functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Advise executives and business leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.
• Develop enterprise messaging frameworks, narratives and communication plans.

• Govern communication channels, editorial calendars and communication standards.
• Create executive communications, including presentations, town halls and talking points.
• Lead communications for organizational change, transformation and crises.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and use audience data to improve programs.
• Travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out of state.
