Job summary
Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Head of Contract Management for Hub North America within the Grid Automation Business Unit. You will lead the contract function across tendering, negotiation, project execution, claims management, and dispute resolution, partnering with Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance to enable successful, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
- University degree in Law or equivalent; legal education or background preferred.
- Seven+ years of relevant experience as Contract Manager or similar role.
- Experience in tendering, project execution, complex contracts, and risk allocation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Contract Management strategy for Hub North America.
- Lead Contract Management organization and ensure consistent policy application.
- Review tender and contract documents for obligations, risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide support during project execution including claims and disputes.
- Coach Contract Management professionals and drive continuous improvement.
